Humming Beethoven and best friend Russell Baze score for the 3rd time at Golden Gate, Red Outlaw points to the G2 Mathis Brothers Mile opening day at Santa Anita!

Humming Beethoven got her 3rd win in 5 starts at Golden Gate yesterday when all time leading jockey Russell Baze rode the rail and got up just in time. When the seas parted he asked her and she rallied for a half length win. They don't call him "Russell the Muscle" for nothing. Congratulations to the Blinkers On Partners! Our beautiful daughter of Mr. Greeley has 3 wins and 2 seconds in 5 starts at Golden Gate with her biggest loss being 3/4 of a length. She just lays it down every time!

In other racing news...Salute to Summer will try her hand at Golden Gate on Friday after shipping in to the Steve Sherman barn. This is a Maiden Claiming race going 6 furlongs and long time Blinkers On rider David Lopez will be in the irons. The following day Island Freedom tries to make it 3 for 4 in a 6 furlong Allowance race at Los Alamitos. This is his home track and the track where he broke his Maiden so it's all systems go!

Red Outlaw will gun for his 7th win in the G2 Mathis Brothers Mile opening day at Santa Anita. This mile race on the grass for 3 year olds is a race we have been pointing to and a race where his speed should hard to handle. Can you say 7 for 8? Goose Bumps and Kiss at Midnight, our 2 year old fillies, will also make their first starts early in the Santa Anita winter meet.

True Visionary and Off the Deep End will enjoy a vacation for a while longer and finally, our new yearlings are doing great at Magali Farm under the expert care or farm manager, Tom Hudson.
